What is Color Adjust?
Color Adjust is a free browser-based image editing tool that lets you fine-tune the visual appearance of any image. Using intuitive sliders you can increase or decrease brightness, boost or reduce contrast, and shift saturation from fully desaturated to hyper-vivid. Toggle buttons let you instantly convert an image to grayscale or invert all its colors. A live CSS-filter preview updates in real time as you drag sliders, so you see the result immediately without waiting for pixel-level processing. When you are satisfied, the export engine applies the same adjustments at the pixel level for a high-quality downloadable PNG. All computation runs locally in your browser. Your images are never uploaded to any server.
How to Use
- Upload an Image: Click the upload area or drag and drop an image file. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP, and GIF.
- Adjust Sliders: Drag the Brightness, Contrast, and Saturation sliders to modify the image. Changes are previewed instantly using hardware-accelerated CSS filters.
- Toggle Effects: Click the Grayscale or Invert buttons to enable or disable those effects. Active effects are highlighted in red.
- Compare: Switch to the Before/After tab to see the original and adjusted images side by side.
- Reset: Click Reset to restore all adjustments to their default values.
- Download: Click Download to export the adjusted image as a PNG file. The export applies pixel-level processing for accurate color reproduction.
